Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been prepared, it will be dropped off with the shipping carrier for delivery.
Please note that once your package has been handed over to the post office or shipping provider, delivery times and handling are beyond our control. Any delays, lost packages, or delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its progress.
